Guess who finally got themselves together to take care of some business! I haven’t worn makeup in about 3 weeks, haven’t had my hair done in about two, and haven’t worn any cute clothes since giving birth.
My fellow mama’s knows the struggle of feeling beautiful or even wanting to feel beautiful after having a baby. We’re so wrapped up into our babies, that we forget to even take care of ourselves. You’d think this being the second time around, I’d have the swing of things, but nah. Still solely focused on my kids, home, and finace. Since I got home from the hospital, I’ve been deep cleaning, doing laundry, unpacking boxes ( Yes, it’s been about a year since we’ve moved in here and we’re still unpacking) , shopping for clients, and building an amazing team! If it weren’t for my fiance’ forcing me to get outside and go for a walk alone, forcing me to get dressed and going out, I probably would have had mutilple breakdowns from just being overwhelmed. I thank god for that man everyday, like seriously, everyday.
So here I am, all dressed up and heading to a clients consultation. So I said “let me take advantage of this opportunity, and get dressed to the max!” First, I’d just like to take the time to thank Zara for having such an amazing sale! I took advantage of it for sure, this entire look is from zara, minus the shades. The top, skirt, bag, and sneaks ZARA! Shades are asos!
I was a little worried about wearing the mini skirt. I haven’t worn one in years. What crazy lady buys mini skirts two weeks after having a baby? Well, apparantely, this girl. I was very happy with the turnout of the outfit. It was fun, flirty, and comfortable! I’m so happy to be getting back to myself, slowly, but surely.
